| At the beginning
of the last century, Mr. Pacífico Zingaretti
arrived to San Rafael, Mendoza, hoping to continue
the ancient tradition of exploiting the best vineyards
and olive groves under a new light. With
a remarkable philosophy about how to till, Mr.
Augusto Zingaretti, one of Pacífico's
sons, continues expertly with his ancestors
labour and founds Aceites Yancanelo in 1943,
the first Olive Oil factory of the region.
The fourth generation of
Zingarettis keeps working olives with the passion
of those pioneers and maintaining the distinction
and knowledge of Mr. Augusto, the real author
of this Masterpiece.
During 2002, Andreani Brothers
joined Yancanelo with the objective of projecting
the company to international standards, and
to consolidate it's position in the Argentinean
market.
